I also know that female schlongs are adjusted in the SOS MCM. Edit: SOSRaceMenu.esp This is added by XPMSE skeleton not SOS.

Yes, but with sosracemenu enabled you can only change size in the race menu. There is one racemenu, but there are two sexes (male and female). In the 'Genitals' menu in the racemenu, the sliders which are essential for in depth customisation of the schlong appears only when female is selected in the race menu (except one, for erection, which appears when choosing either sex).
