In the main room? She had no AI Pack to go to the main room. All of her AIPacks were just for the cell she was in. And if she had a AI Pack to go to the main rom she could have done it because the door isn't locked. So I still don't know what was the key problem.

 

Yes, put her in the main room eliminates all AI problems, because there are no locked doors in the cell.
