What this Fatal error in console means? (and how I can solve it?) (solved , harmless)

When I check console in this place,  I often see this fatal error log, (though it not cause problem for me, just see same error in console)

 

 

I hope to know if I can easy solve with tess V edit, if I can. (or CK need?)

this error seems one of the Furniture  which included in this location mod missing or removed, I suppose,,  (I do not know if I happend to remove it before with CK, I check this jail location mod in CK before (try custom edit for some items,, then I afraid if I happend to remove item, but do not notice it,at that time)

 

As for me, I think I might need not to return it,  (it is not so important furniture for me, even htough it generated) ,, but hope to remove this error log... (annoying )

Pretty sure that is from OsmelMC's Sexlab Utility Plus.  Ask there.

Thanks yes I installed Utility plus. (maybe furniture option is matter?)  anyway will ask Osmel.

From his reply,  it simply try to load zap 9 items (for LE?) then show such log but it seems  harmless.   So I do not care,, maybe there will be zap 9 SE then it work as it should be...
