SS, of course, has pre-war genes so his genes are unaffected by radiation, as mentioned in the initial screening as SS enters vault 81. What's needed is a quest were the Overseer asks SS (if he is male) to impregnate 5 women to improve and refresh the Vault 81 gene pool.

All the women waking up pregnant, and eventually giving birth to a load of twins, that all look like Nora. All future children being twins, and looking like Nora. Caused by the new Radiation Scanners, like in Vault 81. That are genetically altering the women, as they pass them. Nora has the same problem, waking up pregnant, and eventually giving birth to a couple of exact copies of herself. She'd have to find a way to switch them off, or forever be pregnant, when she visits Vault 88...
