Smallertalk no longer needed?

I'm just wondering cause I can't seem to find it anymore.  Has it been implemented into sexout now?

It's not really required, but SexoutSex requires it. I don't really recommend SexoutSex if you want something exciting because it's more of like a testing tool for scripters and animators.

More than SexoutSex needs Smallertalk (or Smalltalk).  WorkingGirl, and most (if not all) the tryouts need it as well, as does SewerSlave.  Basically any of the mods that encourage (or require) you to start a conversation with unmodified NPCs need it.  Unless things have changed drastically in the last few months that is..

But then again, it's quite helpful to take the initiative (you can even abuse a customer by prepositioning him for sex unlimited times, he will never refuse, though sometimes he will not pay up).

I had trouble finding Smallertalk myself when assembling the compilation. The "problem" is that Sexout uses Smallertalk, but Smallertalk is not just for Sexout so it's not in the Sexout download section. I think its actually in non-adult.

There are repercussions to you 'freelancing' in the casinos (which you can only do by approaching potential Johns 'off the clock'), and at least one scene at the tops is entirely dependent on it. Likewise there is (or was at least) a progression in Legion that requires you to approach legionaires and not the other way around.

Yeah, I would say SmallerTalk is definitely a suggested plugin to have, especially for things like positioning, ie you can ask someone to follow you through it, and then initiate an encounter through another plugin, not to mention it is "passive" - just waiting there in the dialogue line for you to use it and can be safely ignored.

 

I agree it should be made more visible though.

It has a thread in the Sexout Downloads section of the forum , a thread in the non adult section of the forum, AND a download link in the fallout general section of the downloads section so visibility is no different than any other mod. Any mods that need it should be linking to it as a requirement or as a strong suggestion. It's not a Sexout mod, it's a general non-Adult mod.
