Yeah, I can't do that. I can mod Skyrim & FO4 but not Sims. I haven't even tried. This error is from V7.6

The download says it was updated last week. Maybe the creator is still here, but hasn't checked the support thread. Have you tried sending a DM? If it's abandoned, then someone might pick it up and carry it forward. It does sound like a nice big mod with lots of stuff.

I downloaded the Nexus version and had the same results. I'll just have to uninstall it again.

Hello friend, I am sorry to answer so late, but when errors are reported to me, I usually wait to see if there are more people with the same problem, that is why the feedback is important to me and I thank you for reporting the error. That said, I have to say that I have had no further reports of a problem. Even so, I decided to investigate the matter, which led me to find nothing. If I've learned anything from this mod, it's that when it's broken it stops working, the moodlets begin to disappear after a few seconds and they don't come back, it's as if it were slowly turning off. Of course I do not consider it a definitive test, so I decided to do more tests to detect the possible problem and the result was negative, the MCC does not detect it as an error.

 

It would be great if you did the following test:
Once you verify that your versions of the Sims4 is compatible with the version of your MCC, you can try to remove all your other mods except the MCC and see if it gives you an error message, when you see that you do not have the error message, close the game , add this mod and see if it gives you an error message.

 

It may be in conflict with another mod, but I doubt it, you are most likely getting the problem from another mod. I'm sorry I can't do more for you, but without more reports and without the bug in my game I can't do anything.

I started a new game and have had no further issues. except for AEP but that's not your problem. Thank you for the mod, I love it.

The errors currently on this trait (as of Sept 2022) is from the HSY patch breaking the custom whims attached to it. There is no update on the trait, unfortunately, and this is a fantastic trait. Possibly one of the best custom traits ever created. The author doesn't seem to have a Patreon page.

 

The workaround seems to be hiding fears and wants in the gameplay tab, which works in my game. I am currently playing with Mrrakkon's world save file (found in https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/21254-mrrakkons-world-redux/) which has a ton of mods. But this appears to be the only problematic mod in the entire save right now, as Triggerblade has done a great job listing the save's CC requirements in the above link.

So I've been using this mod for a long time and last night I stripped out the whim related stuff with s4pe to stop the errors (both the exceptions, and a weird bug where queued actions on a sleeping sim would cancel when they woke up).

 

It works great for me so far. I'll post the package here, but if that's a problem I could post the xml files, or even less problematic, instructions on how to edit it yourself.

 

I am absolutely not a modder myself, and I'm not offering support - just a 'this worked for me'. Hope it helps!

The way how it's executing it, I can really feel what is like being pretty.

To be honest, this is one of the best and biggest trait mod ever.

Btw, I opened your trait mod using Sims 4 Studio and found a lot of buffs that I never saw in the game.

 

And sometimes, the buff is showing up and sometimes is not.

 

Today, I no longer receive a buff from having sex using WW.

 

The Pretty Girl sims still has a buff "... when I'm bad, I'm even better", but for the partner, it's not.

 

In the past I get a buff something like "...omg, I'm having sex with pretty girl, bla bla bla" or "...omg, I'm having sex with a celebrity, bla bla bla".

This one trait is the most detailed and in-depth CC traits I've ever played with. And surprisingly, it's also survived many updates, at least for me. Usually traits, even after one update, they break Sim profiles for me, but this one hasn't. Maybe it's because I might be using Jer's version linked above? No clue either way as I can't recall.

The creator last logged in on the 4th of this month, so either she's returned from a long hiatus, or she's still been around. If support for this mod is ever going to resume, I'd also love some male equivalent of this trait, like a "Tough Guy" or "Handsome Man" trait. Pretty Girls and Tough Guys could even receive special buffs from one another that only occur from two Sims with those traits in the same room/interacting/having sex. Food for thought.

Does anyone have a guide on how to fix the original traits or why they were broken in the first place? I can't find anything about Traits or how to even fix up Buffs/Traits with SimsStudio, so I was curious if someone here knew.

 

I know some people are happy with the "fixed" edited version attached here, but all the interesting parts of the traits in the first place got removed (the relations/dynamic buffs), only the static buffs are left, which is no better than simply popping a romantic rose in a room getting the +1 Flirty.

I have used this mod in the past and it was a very good one. After a while I am back playing the Sims 4 but I don't know if this mod will have bugs/conflicts/issues due to the newer DLCs, specially the Lovestruck one. Seems the mod author hasn't been very active recently. So, anyone playing the game with this mod and most if not all the latests DLCs/content packs in 2025??? Will try to risk, but maybe someone can share their experiences.

Been using it for a long time, recently updated to 1.116.223 , no issues that Ive seen.
