It is about time to step up the game for an old mod. I turned the outfit CBBE Bodyslide, added havok physics on the skirt, converted the heels into actual high heels(Nioverride), and gave the whole set to Elisif as her default apparel:

Seriously - there are several very extensive sites on the internet with apparel mods for Skyrim - which are constantly being expanded.

If you haven't found anything there (if you've searched at all) - then you will have no choice but to tackle such a conversion yourself.

For the Asian mod authors - who currently create a lot for Skyrim - this simple dress is too uninteresting to deal with
