Animation Problem

Probably wrong skeleton in use. Verify you're using XPMSSE for humanoids skeletons, and if you use creature mods let MNC skeletons overwrite XPMSSE and other mods with skeletons. Note this is the install/modlist order (install order in NMM, left panel in MO, loading rules in Vortex), not the loadorder (that only takes care of esp and esm files and skeletons aren't either of those).

Just Don'ts advice is very clear tho. apparently you are a total beginner so let's get to the homework part of troubleshooting:

Doesn't matter which mod manager you use. This guide will give you a basic understanding about how everything works. Always read Mod descriptions to the end, always make sure you have all requirements a mod needs to work and always make sure you are using the right mod version of for your skyrim version. (there are 2. LE for legendary and SE for Special Edition. Most mods made for one of those don't work with the other, but most mods for LE have a SE Port.)

I used exactly that guide, with no problem. Yesterday when I tried the animations worked, then no more now it always crashes when I start it

Did you change anything mod related? Things don't suddenly stop working without a reason.

XPMSSE and MNC are mods you could've installed previously. As you say you followed my guide you should know what XPMSSE is. Because it's a mod covered in the guide, as well as mentions to the left panel and its usage to determine which assets are used in game. So try to retrace your steps and see if you can pinpoint the mod altering your previously working setup. If you still have doubts or don't know how to proceed try to provide additional information (screenshots of MO and your installed mods, any new or weird error or message appearing during game or prior to the crash, and so on).

Okay so you got the basic modlist from the guide and then added a lot of mods.

XPMSSE in there: being overwritten by the Fixed Scripts and probably something else? I can't say for sure from that screenshot.

If you select XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended (XPMSSE for short) you should see other mods highlighted, ideally you want only the Fixed Scripts to overwrite XPMSSE (since you don't have MNC, MNC= More Nasty Critters, a mod to add creature stuff which I don't cover in the guide but I do mention it and point to its own install guide since it's a popular addition).

You have several mods installed after the ones covered in the guide, but you didn't sort things in the left panel. So if any mod after XPMSSE provides skeleton files these mods will conflict with it and XPMSSE won't be able to do its thing. Now I'm focusing a lot on skeleton mods, but it could be other things going wrong at the time an animation starts, hard to say unless you're the one installing all these mods really. You even have Flower Girls which is a separate framework for animations, so you could be having issues with these animations/scenes in particular... Did that entire modlist with ~100 installed mods worked at some point? Did you install all these mods in one sitting or did you went a few mods at a time testing things? If it was working fine at some point you should be able to track the latest change that broke the entire thing. If you didn't go one step at a time installing and testing things you'll need to do that now.

it was the joy of prospective mod that blocked everything, only now that I removed it it bugged my first person view, and when I start the animations they overlap the actors without crashing, but they stay still ..

try a new character and see if it works

Be careful about removing things during the same save file (best practice is to not add/remove things and try and continue the same save, unless you are familiar with how to do a "clean save")

If it still doesn't work correctly on a new character / save file then something else is going on.
