SKSE Refusing to start

Whenever I try to launch it from mod organizer, MO says it locks itself while the application runs, waits a few seconds, and then unlocks. SKSE only launches when I go into the game's folder and launch it from there, but none of my mods are active if I do that. Not very knowledgeable with modding, so any help is appreciated.

You'd probably want to move your Skyrim's root folder to another drive. Installing it on the Local C drive is not advisable.

True.  But the game (as well as mods) should be installed in a separate directory, i.e. don't install it to "Program Files", otherwise there could be permissions issues.

You appear to be running SE so make sure you are using the SE version of SKSE.
