Or is it? Betesda praises it as including "NEXT-GEN ENHANCEMENTS", and the SE had some under-the-hood changes/improvements not immediately visible.

 

Anyway, it'll be probably incompatible with the current ecosystem modifying the 1.5.97 engine. I hope there won't be a https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimanniveraryedition/ with the need to convert mods for a second time after LE=>SE :-\ ... the Nexus link is already there, it just redirects to SE at the moment.
