You'd have to go into Wicked Settings -> Sex Settings -> Cheats -> Toggle Manual NPS Sims Sex ON.

Not sure what you mean.

Wicked Whims has a 'Have Sex' menu in the Romance menu category.

If your player sim has another NPC sim invited over.

If you don't see the Have Sex menu it means you might not be good enough friends with them or other 'conditions', or Wicked Settings.

 

Actual EA Vanilla Woohoo is done with MCCC + MC Woohoo with 'no strings' in MC Woohoo settings.

Those menus are also in the Romance interaction category.

 

Yes both these mods can be used at the same time.
