YamiYamichan Posted August 18, 2021 Posted August 18, 2021 So, I am having a problem with my chastity bra and nipple piercings not having its physics working properly. The issue is that the breasts of the character still have the regular physics working, but the bra and piercings stay in place, causing clipping issues. I have used BodySlide and the size and placement of the bra/piercings are correct, no issue there, but the physics are the only problem. Also, other clothing with physics are working properly so far, it is only the bra and piercings that are not afaik. I use Skyrim Special Edition. I also use HDT-SMP on my character (but even when I swap to CBPC, the issue still occurs. The clipping is of course less). I have all the required mods for DD as well. Any solutions are very much welcome. I have been having this issue for 4 months at this point ever since I started modding SE.
KoolHndLuke Posted August 18, 2021 Posted August 18, 2021 They will if yu copy bone weights in BodySlide Outfit Studio.

Unless it's something I'm missing in the MCM options then I'm not sure. Also that doesn't really answer why the breasts still have physics when the shouldn't when wearing a bra though

I don't really care if the bra's should or should not have physics. If they are not, then why do the breasts still clip through and ignore the bra's physics? Is it my load order? or my mod list order and it's overwriting something? I would assume that it's not but I'm just clearly at a loss for why this is happening since I never had this issue in Oldrim.
Scrab Posted August 18, 2021 Posted August 18, 2021 Ah, I thought youre asking for SMP weights the regular DD5 should already have proper bodyslides though. If that isnt the case you will need to load up the parts in Outfit Studio, then load a referencebody with pysics and copy the bone weights over, there are some tutorials that show you how to do this properly. Its the same for any kind of physics

Its the same for any kind of physics I haven't been able to work outfit studio properly and I have broken multiple meshes when trying to use it, so I would rather not go through that if I can avoid it somehow lol. Do I need to reinstall DD5 all together in order for me to have it's bodyslides? Even then, I swear I have their bodyslides and have seen them get built when bodyslide is batch building everything.
tamai Posted August 18, 2021 Posted August 18, 2021 your bra and piercings werent built with physics by default thats why they're not working, so you have to build them in bodyslide. Click magnifying glass next to group filters a window will pop up you hit chooose groups then you will find the devious device groups granting you downloaded the bodyslide files I am not sure what it will look like on your end i am using skyrim LE but you should find them here and select them and hit ok select your body and preset then hit batch build after selecting build morphs and if the files dont have proper weighting on them then you have to do it yourself or look for a conversion for whatever bodytype you're using by using google so say your body is BHUNP you type BHUNP Devious Devices and look for bodyslide files for your bodytype if not im afraid you have to do it manually. Because different bodies use different bones meaning breast weights so if you use the wrong ones they wont even move.

So i'm using CBBE, which is a supported bodytype as stated by Devious Devices SSE. However, I am not seeing the DDX options. I'm assuming this is the difference on SSE's side, but I'll try and just reinstall and run bodyslide again. However, I doubt it will work. I will update once I have done it. Also, apologized for the very late reply, I was away for awhile.
YamiYamichan Posted August 26, 2021 Author Posted August 26, 2021 Okay, so it did not work as expected. I'm assuming that this is an issue with the physics that I have installed? I'm not sure if DD supports CBPC and/or SMP physics, but it doesn't say that it can't. I'm very much confused here and I don't know what else I can do
