Hello, I have two small problems for the installation.

I have two small problems with the installation.

The first one is with the shlong of skyrim mod, I can't find how to increase the size.

In the MCM menu it says that it happens in showracemenu, and in the character edition only the erection tab is available.

The second one is for JLcontenaire, I get a message at the connection telling me that the version is not compatible with MCM, so I can't load the animations. 

Except these two points all seems to work, notice, I did not play much .

Make sure you have the correct version installed

you are probably missing something:
racemenu?
XPMSE?

A list of mods would help solve the problem

If you are using Skyrim LE then make sure all your mods are for Skyrim LE and if you are using Skyrim SE then make sure they are all for Skyrim SE.

Thank you for your answers. 
I have found for both of them

For shlong of skyrim, I reinstalled the mode by choosing only one shlong, if we take the three it does not work. 

For JLcontenaire it was because of a mode and dependency secesion. The root was the creature frame that I removed and all the associated modes. Now I'm missing papyrus and other stuff.

I already have Skyrim SE moder which works more or less, I've tackled LE for some mods which are not present on the SE.

I have a second question, I've been looking for a particular mod for quite some time. 

It is the night elf ears if someone there in stock for SE or LE ( when I get to work :).
