RitualClarity Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 Hi everyone in Oblivion. I know that the following question can be done manually. However... I have started to create omods with the OBMM. I also like keeping the mods and installs nice and neat. Yes you problably by now figured out my question. Can I create omods out of pluggy and other additions in the OBSE folder? It might seem like an obvious answer to many of your experts but I am new. I have used Sexout for some time and found that the NVSE extender 11 doesn't like being treated that way. Not all the time but sometimes. So the pervailing advice from SexoutNG experts is to manually install it. I just want to see if that is the case with the OBSE plugins as well. I am too new to be able to tell my noobie mistakes from actual mod errors and issues. Also I would like to be able to cleanly add and remove various components. Some of those might be HUD scripts which can cause great problems if left int he folder. In the future I won't remember what was added and what it was for without great effort. Thus is the reason for the post Thanks in advance.
Ark of Truth Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 So you want to create a omod which installs OBSE's addons but not OBSE itself? If that is the case that yes you can do that. However OBSE will have to be installed manually.
RitualClarity Posted May 18, 2013 Author Posted May 18, 2013 Thanks for your quick response Ark of Truth. I do understand that the OBSE has to be installed in the main folder and OBMM cannot do that. It is nice that the pluggy or scrip extentions are able to be handled that way.
fejeena Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 In O-Mods can be all files that must be installed in the Data folder. OBSE plugins no problem. But OBSE has files in Oblivion folder.( obse_loader.exe and dll )
