Help finding Armor. Ripped Chain mail.

I saw the armor in a pic over at the other site, but I can't for the life of my find it. Someone suggested it might be Ancient Nord Armor, but I did a search, and it's not showing up.

Just curious if anyone could help me out here. I thought it might even have been something C5Kev had done, but it isn't matching what I can see.
