Can some one help with this

the games not letting me epuip any weapons. it says not proficient to use and won't equip. no matter the weapon.

does anybody  know how to fix.

Ah I see so you're that user on Nexus. Well already replied to your topic there but here just in case try reloading your previous saves and see if you can now equip your weapons. If it didn't work then try running the command 'ResetInputEnableLayer 0'

thanks for answering back. i tried that and it didn't work . stuff was there but nothing  for weapons.  i'm thanking a mod. it said not proficient and says i need  so many points in certain areas. but my special points are maxed. 10 each

You have some mod installed that is interfering with perks and weapons - also could be load order (overwriting), but you'll have to figure out that your self. Read each mod description and requirements.

okay since that didn't work. Do what mircislav said, try changing your load order. Oh and always do the obvious if you've installed a mod or a bunch of mods, try disabling them one by one.
