How to improve the game performance ?

Since my question hasn't been answered legibly even once, so here is my question in simple, easy to understand language  -  just looking for more general optimization mods like Fallout Priority and Fast Corpse Despawn etc. Thanks.

People did respond quite legibly. However, if you do not give them the specs of the machine you are running, or what mods you are currently using, it limits people's ability to advise you. If people then give you the wrong advice due to incomplete information, I am guessing you are the sort of person who will not take it well...

Every mod has description posted, so you have to do some thinking - my comp is with i7 2700 so do the math on time lapse... and I have pretty stable game - there is no strict rule, you have to experiment a little, until you find the sweet spot for you setup...  Even best and most expensive hardware can malfunction on uncle Gates software... put any game on top of it and your nightmare start to envelop.
