Stumped at peculiar Download from Tullius Channel

Sup guys, i came across this weird file on the tullius channel, which is supposed to be a version of defeat, that works with ostim. I attached said file and as you can see it is a jpeg... The author said to simply change the file extension from .jpeg to .zip and then to unpack it, but that didn't work for me. If i open the image with a text editor i can find some lines related to scripts from defeat so i guess there really is a mod somewhere in there. So if anyone knows how to deal with files like this, their help would be greatly appreciated.

The post suggest using Bandizip to extract the actual content.

But honestly, going by the comments and the usual quality of stuff found on tullius channel, I highly doubt that there's anything worthwhile to be found.

I tried Bandizip, Winrar and 7zip all of them couldn't recognize the file as a zip.

I opened the file with 7zip, its actually a png file + zip file.

WinRAR opens it as well

You're right, opening the jpeg directly with winrar worked for me as well. Thanks a lot
