I tried it, and it works. I've not really played the game or know the lore, but the poor woman looks emaciated and starving so it's kinda weird and not really my thing, personally.

 

Make up your own mind, though! Drop the files in \Hellblade\HellbladeGame\Content\Paks and you're good to go

The mod it is really much better than I expected, that is, to be the only nude mod available for the game .. it worth every penny of those 5 dollars
