Is there someone that knows how to have male vore bellies?

I have female bellies appear only at the moment and want to have it to where both male and female can have vore bellies showing.

Eh not familiar with the mod but you likely need a male body with pregnancy morphs. Would explain why females work and they don't. Provided the mod has that capability for male support.
