Changing Heavy Armor to Light in SSEEdit

I opened this Armor up in SSEEdit, with the intention of changing it from heavy to light Armor, as I had read on the posts at least a couple of people have done so and thought I might be able to work it out, but no

So I am asking, would someone please convert it for me? What I would like to do after that is compare the two in the SSEEdit (the Heavy and the Light) and see what has been changed and learn from that as to how it's done and practice on any others I can find ripe for the idea.
