I keep getting an error after my sim is finished having sex and then they'll just keep going at it after they're done.

I just had this happen to me a few days ago. Short answer, make sure all Wicked Whims related animations are up to date and get rid of the ones no longer compatible. That's what worked for me and no problems since. Hope that helps!
