Can't get mods to work?

So I have been googling and reading and everytime I try to put mods in they break the game or CTD or T Pose the characters. So here is what I'm CURRENTLY running in to. When I open the game, a little popup says "Outdated or Skyrim install detected. SexLab currently requires Skyrim v1.9.32 or newer in order to function. To continue using this mod; you must update your install and reload your game." It also said something about SKSE64 and SKYUI not working properly. I know my Skyrim SE is up to date. As far as FNIS this is what is says

I don't know. I'm completely new to the modding thing. Thanks.

Welcome to modding! Before you get into it, you'll need some prescription medication, painkillers for future headaches, and a helmet to prevent brain damage from banging your head against the wall a hundred too many times.
User above already gave you a solution, but keep that in mind: Skyrim Legendary Edition can't run Skyrim Special Edition mods and vice versa. Loverslab stuff is not exclusive in this regard. Whenever you look for mods, make sure it's compatible with your release of Skyrim. Mod authors usually make rather clear if their mods support SE, LE, or if they have releases for both.
