Here's a wierd request: fart to flirt

Sounds kind of strange, right? But maybe not under the right context. I'm thinking something added to the romance category, kind of like the "tickle mercilessly" option but called "flirtatious fart" or the like instead that adds a +1 flirty buff and +1 playful buff maybe with an "Eew, LOL!" type response.

 

Does something like that exist as its own mod or part of a bigger mod?
