I'm having the hardest time to find a mod which allows the game's npcs including my followers to have a funcional vagina like, when my character shove his SOS (schlongs of skyrim) dick in her, don't just shove it inside the follower's 3d model but actually inserting in it's funcional and openable pussy.

But it will only work with the body presets right? Not other NPCS?

Any body mod you install will by default work on your character and every NPC.

 

If you use NPC replacers or certain mods, they can give some npcs unique body meshes you can replace (common example being Bijin).

 

If you want a unique body for your player character, either use racemenu morphs in game or a mod like unique player character.
