Next Best UUNP Body?

I've been using the LE UUNP HDT All In One Pussy 4.0 for some time now with PE.

 

What's the best latest body now to use for LE?  I've seen so much (PE or SMT), but it look like some bodies are not good for followers?  I use followers quite often and usually copy and paste my PC meshes to followers so the body shape and style is the same, so not sure the new 3BBB bodies will not work well or If I can't use my armors with followers.  Maybe I have to just use newer followers?

 

Not sure how all this works, so looking for some suggestions on where to start, or maybe I need to just stay with the old bodies.

I don't know enough about the latest bodies to answer questions on that (still using Naturalistic HDT's variant of LE UUNP).

 

However, as far as the followers go you should be fine to swap out whatever body they use to your body of choice. The only risk I can think that would come with that is maybe stressing your computer a bit more if you've got them running around naked with a physics-based body. However, that problem would happen with any naked ladies in Skyrim, since normally they all reference the same body, hands, and feet meshes when naked.
