Very likely... because 1 day has not passed.  It goes by the passage of days.  This akin to index position in an array of variables, the first value in an array being at index position 0.

When I click the hotkey to hide the menu, only the icon is hidden but the text remains.

A More-Likely Final

As of now, the HUD display vanishes when you are having sex. This too is a feature within DukkyActorHUD.

 

Meanwhile, the rendered text indicating the current menstrual state that appears to the right of the HUD glyph now vanishes as it should when using the Hide/Show toggle key.

Could go with some messages popping up as things progress. "Oh no! I'm pregnant! And the father is... a sheep! Whatever shall I do?" That kind of stuff.
