Need help with high poly head followers

Hey,

anyone has any experience in making high poly head followers?

I can't for life of me figure out how to apply high poly head on follower without making the game to crash. I know the normal routine of making followers but on NifMerge with high poly head you have more partitions, or how you call them, than  CK created head has. I did some research that suggested xedit edits into the file but didn't find any examples how to do this.

So anyone has any good extensive video/text guide how to make high poly head follower

This is because besides the Nif (your high polymesh) there are still duplicates of the original mesh.
Namely in the form of the so-called tri-files. These exist for every preset and every facial expression.
Long story short:
Create a tri for every facial expression, for every preset - and everything is great.

Honestly, didn't understand a thing lol!

edit. did some further research:

So I need in CK to determine tri files locations if I'm to understand it right?

Under what menu are they in CK or do I need to create them manually with xedit? and what are names of the files so I can search for them?

Possibly femalehead.tri, femaleheadcustomizations.tri and femaleheadraces.tri? I assume I need to do same process for high poly brows as well?

(can only find maleheadcustomization)

are these on expressive facegen morphs folder or do I use ones that come with high poly head mod?

So I managed to get the character working in game but face is messed up... I wonder if its because I have possibly wrong .tri files or if my nif merge messed it up...

I couldn't get my hair ''bones'' to work so I just didn't tick them on the nifmerge when I built the head, just to see if head comes out properly and just use a wig... Well it didn't...

Here are the hair errors I would get:

And here is the fugly face... Surprisingly it still imported the hair so no clue...

In creation kit I basically made with hair new head things (objects or what ever) for head, eyes and brows. Around same parts as the hair stuff. Eyes work perfectly. they just aren't aligned. It's weird that head doesn't work as it should...

Here is the head I created but it seems not working properly.. Even tried remove texture set to none but no difference to textures... Makes me wonder if I should use reference to high poly head.esp instead of my own creation?
