Fixing a fucked up vampire face?

This is my character normally...

This is my character after becoming a vampire

 

I've tried switching back to Nord race in racemenu which only helps until I activate and deactivate vampire lord. All the mods that are supposed to fix this (Vampire Facial Reclamation, Humanoid Vampires etc.) didn't...

 

Any ideas?

Have you tried it without the facial ironmongery?

I did, it has no effect on it...

Started out as vanilla Nord

Only PC, seems to affect all human races, haven't tried any non-human...

Are you using High Poly Head? (If so, check Face Part slider)

I am using high poly head. Switching the face part fucks the face up even more (and it does it incrementally for some reason, the more I move it the worse it gets)...

Do you have the Vampire Head Fix esp installed and enabled?  It's listed as an "optional" esp in the link but you may need it.  There should be 4 positions in the slider for face part, and 1 of them is for high poly head for vampire.

When you move the Face Part slider you are changing the head which is being used. You can see which head is being used in the bottom right as you move the slider.

If you are using the HP head then your PC's head should be the HP head. I use the HP head but I don't do vampires so I don't know what HPH does about vampires.
