Guest Posted June 19, 2021 Posted June 19, 2021 @NitrixWarlord If you want graphics like the one you posted on your screenshot above, you will have to learn quite a lot about hook5 textures and lighting setups. The lighting in hook5 extended is only partially controlled by the room lighting options in VX. The main lighting of the room/scene is controlled by a _level_definition.txt file and other configuration files that are present in the folder of the room. You will have to download a room that is already configured this way, or you will have to create your own _level_definition.txt file. In hook5 extended, you can create lights such as omni and spotlights and control sunlight and environmental lighting and save those changes. Hit F4 and the ingame menu of hook5 should appear. At the bottom you will find options for creating omni and spotlights. The glow in your picture is controlled by a texture and a glow intensity parameter in your texture's definition file and you _level_definition.txt. The skin uses separate textures and there are two kinds of skin systems available: The normal custom skin that uses a specified texture set and no layers and the customizable skin system where you can specify multiple layers and create a lot of different effects and my guess is that the character in the picture uses the customizable skin system. You might want to look at this file from HDiddy: For a room sample, you might want to download one of the hook5 room textures that can be found here under the textures tab or on klubexile.
