Someone asked me the other day for a recommendation for a good image editor.

Windows 10 has paint 3d which i have tried to use. it is decent, can add text buble, write, paint.. but if you want to really customize the images photoshop or gimp are probably needed. I occasionally try making something with rpg maker vx as a amateur project for gigs and laughs,,,paralax mapping gives you lot more options to add detail excample flowers in grass or a bush what i have seen.
