FNV won't start?

I am having a strange error.  I updated to the latest mods after a while of not playing the game. I first ran BOSS to make sure everything was in order, but it placed sexout right before the DLC, which it warned when I started the game. I changed the load order, but now the game won't even display the start menu unless I place sexout at the top again. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Disable all your Sexout stuff except SexoutNG and try again, adding plugins one at a time. Boss has never put the Sexout stuff before the DLC in my experience, make sure it's up to date use the FOMM Boss and update it.

I have a clean install that I use for testing. I loaded a fresh current install of Sexout and SCR with MCM. I then ran BOSS this is what I got.

With a clean install it gave a correct and proper load order for the mods installed. Nothing was changed or altered. It automatically gave me the load that is shown in the capture. There is something wrong with your game, BOSS install or mods to be giving you these issues. What it can be I have no clue.
