Hair color changes

I've been having a problem with my Sims hair color changing. In CAS it is black but in game it's black and blond (strips of black and blond) or it has white streaks. This happens with different Sims and different hair styles. It also doesn't seem to matter what outfits, shoes etc, they are wearing. Even happens when nude.

I tried removing most of my CC with no luck.

Any ideas as what may be causing this?

you have laptop mode turned on? turn it off if yes,also make sure high quality textures,or whatever it's called is turned on....
