Nisa Last Exception

Hi guys, I was playing sims 4 and then got an error telling me to close the game and send this to nisa so I assumed this would be the best place to get help, can anyone tell me what this message mean

Update your game and Basemental Drugs. Game version 1.69 is pretty outdated by now.
