Grey Cloud Posted June 5, 2021 Posted June 5, 2021 Is there a mod which changes orc teeth/mouth to 'human' teeth/mouth?
Corsec Posted June 5, 2021 Posted June 5, 2021 I don't know if there's a mod that does that, but I can quickly make one for you to try. I didn't know if you had a particular gender in mind, so I covered all the options. Pick the .esl file you want, load it and play. It just makes an edit to the record for the orc mouth headpart and directs it to use the meshes for the human mouth. Note that this will completely break facegen and usually would result in the grey face bug. However, SSE is much improved and the following mod will enable your game to dynamically create heads ingame without needing correct facegen. No more grey face bug! https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/42441 You will need to load this along with my patches. I don't think there should be much, if any, increase in loading times from breaking the vanilla orc facegen, because there's not many of them ingame. I suppose you could create new facegen for them if you really wanted to, but I wouldn't bother since the Face Fix mod is so convenient. I didn't test this becase I'm lazy, so I'll leave it to you. Let me know how it works. I'm kind of offended that you didn't already PM me about this lol. Orc Tusks Begone - Female Only.esp Orc Tusks Begone - Male Only.esp Orc Tusks Begone - Unisex.esp

Fortunately, I haven't nuked my LE install yet. Here's the same patches for LE. But since there isn't an SKSE fix for the grey face bug in LE, you will need to load the CK and export facegen for all orc NPCs. Let me know if you need a tutorial for how to do this, you should do it with minimal mods loaded in MO2 or you will get texture bugs. Also check the visuals in the CK to see if it looks OK. This also might break the facegen for mod orc NPCs that rely on the vanilla mouthparts, need to make new facegen for them too. But some follower mods don't include the meshes that are needed to remake the facegen, annoyingly. Orc Tusks Begone - Female.esp Orc Tusks Begone - Male.esp Orc Tusks Begone - Unisex.esp
