Hey so was just wondering if anyone here knows of a futa class mod for darkest dungeon if so can you please provide a link. thanks for your time reading sorry if i am being a pain.

Yeah there is one. The Spirit Lancer mod. There were a few different versions of it I can't remember which had the futas.

Ok so i got that mod but was wondering if you or someone else might know of anymore?

also, i was more wondering if it is possible to play as the futa in this image here or if there is a mod that makes her a player race and i also was wondering if i can play as the slave she is holding or if there is a mod that add that as a race as well. sorry again if i am being a pain just thought someone here might know or maybe the author or someone can make a submod that makes these two into player races i would but i have no clue how.

any good mods for replacing enemy characters into more sexy creatures? ive tried to find some for a couple hours but turned up empty handed. the idea that a brigand punched me and my crusader got pregnant makes me laugh

I would recommend Dan's collection, is a lot and also some voice changing for the monster

Sometimes the Capture mechanic bugs out and puts in a hero in 0 position, if you reset the game this should be fixed once your load back into the battle.

The patch notes aren't ready yet -- been very busy between work and planning for my upcoming vacation, but I'll try to get them within the next few weeks!

Quick Overview

The patch includes sounds for the Tentacle Broodmother, some buffs to her encounter (and another minor nerf to the Slaver Queen) and (hopefully) some crash fixes on the Tentacle Broodmother and non-boss version of the Slaver Lt. encounters -- there were some references to a "hips" bone on some of their fx sprites, hopefully removing those referencess should fix that issue since not every hero has a "hips" bone.

There's also a new curio that you may encounter -- I plan on adding a unique encounter to the curio when it interacts with a certain item in the future once the artwork for that encounter is finished.

Other than that, there's a bunch of minor stuff included as well (like some text fixes) that I'll hope to detail in the patch notes at a later date.

Just started modding this game and I can't get most of the sprites to load. I can get Lustiest lair to load but no matter what sprite replacers I use I can't get the starting characters to have different sprites and some of the monsters won't load either. Can someone please help this wary traveler get their game loaded correctly.

I'd be highly interested in this too. Farmstead and courtyard are much more enjoyable than the rest of the game just because the color tint isn't there

I have this same problem, but I keep relaunching and trying to get a different result and it crashes this way on both modded and unmodded classes (vestal, twilight knight, nicorote, antiquarian)

 

Completely stuck and can't play this save file while stuck here. If I reload, I just have to pick a different unit for the wrap and pillage to target and then crash. Can't retreat or anything. I assume it will never miss, since it hasn't the first 8 times.

Yes, just go to the dungeons folder (mods/lustiest lair/dungeons/X) and there you'll find the region's folders (cove, crypts, town, weald, warrens). Each folder has "colour_grade_X" in it. Just rename or delete these files. I recommend that you just rename them so you can bring it back if you want to.

I have found the solution. A general fix to many modding crashes, posted on deovolent's patreon (for free)

I have a problem with modding the Lustiest Lair' localization files. I can change the text in xml, bu tit does not change in the game itself.

For example, I can change the name "nymphomaniac" in the heroes.string_table.xml to "blabla", but it remains "nymphomaniac" in the game.

Bug: when visiting with the comet nomad wagon (color of madness), CTD

 

Workaround: from the prologue, enable only Lustiest Layer then reach the manor before enabling mafe's quest patch & claire's journal fix & other mods

Bug: Trinket tool tip of Tendrils of the Elder God ("id": "tentacle_summoner") flickers rapidly between "Wyrd_Reconstruction" and "Vaginal Tightening"

 

Did verify  <entry id="buff_rule_data_tooltip_wyrd_reconstruction"><![CDATA[Vaginal Tightening]]></entry><!--Needed for above Trinket Buff--> in ll_just_trinket_things.string_table

which files from this page do I need other than the 9.3 main file and the dlc addon?

 

 

Edit: Is it just me or is DD super finicky with mods? I loaded in with just Lustiest and it was fine closed the game to add the two required files and now it wont launch at all even with all mods removed

 I found a similar bug too :

I got a slave overseer using A ROUGH RESPITE on a swine spermslave, which make the game crashes.

For anyone having this issue : while not listed here on LL, there is a fix on nexus lustiest lair ( in downland, find the capture crash fix, place it inside lustiest lair mod and replace all (it remove all the "dangerous spells" ).

You can always reinstall the mod as normal once you go past the problem.

I am starting to delve into the installation steps for this mod. I'm excited to play it.

 

Do you have any recommandations for the skin mods? I grabbed Xelsword's pack, but I'm interested in anything that would have caught your fancy.

 

 

I have a few questions, however.

 

* What is the challenge mod about?

* Do I need any of the patches/fixes listed in the download page, or are they already integrated to the 9.3?

* Do I need to install the Town NPC Replacer archive?

1. The challenge mod made the LL enemies much tougher cause they are still currently in the process of balancing the game. 

2. You don't need to download those patches cause they were meant to be used on the previous versions of the mod.... (I think cause they are DLC content related and of course, mod is still in development so they are still bugs or changes in the future)

3. You don't need to install the Town NPC replacer cause they are only optional and replaces the skin. If you have your own Town replacer then you can just opt for that. 

For mods to recommend, well to be honest, I can't think of one cause I actually do see Xelsword's design superior to that point that it's the only ones that I have used. This is my take and the ones that I would go for are the ones that can closely resemble the DD style.

Thank you for your answers. I have played the whole day with this mod, and I love it. I especially like the added monsters and some of the mechanics, like the gargoyle capture, and I hope that the mod will see further development in that direction.

 

I encounter a graphical glitch on a couple of sprites in their idle animations. Namely the Shieldbreaker and the Fungal bloater.

I have all the required + recommended mods installed, with LL placed at the bottom of my mod list in Mod Manager. And as I mentioned I use Xelsword's designs.

Is this glitch a known issue and is there a way to solve it at the moment?
