Wondering how to achieve this (all female/futa and everythings fucks)

Im looking to start a playthrough of fallout after not playing it for a very long time. Is there any mod to make every single character/enemy a female or futa? Probably gonna make it so i can just fuck for money and shit like that, but itd be kinda dope to never see a male. Any other recommendations? (fuck for money, assault/rape instead of death or to death, fucking the monsters or something i dunno) basically anything to make futas and females fuck a lot. Im kinda trying to make a very dark and shitty world where people just use other people for money and fun. Fucking the monsters would be cool too.

OH and im super fucking out of the loop so any kind of tutorial or needed mods to get my game to that point would be greatly appreciated.

I can't help you for futa specific stuff, but here's basically a cheatsheet for setting up adult modding in this game

There are only like a handful of Futa mods and they are probably best only for screenshots and not an actual AAF playthrough.

FUTAFEV, a Skyrim bag of dick's port, A strap-on mod Futa style replacer in Vidoe IIRC, a walk replacer floating around somewhere that has breast & dick jiggle animation for Futa (no idea where it at on this site), & a I think Zex bone compatible Futa penis in one of the Futa threads.

You can build feamle body with attached penis, penis you can take for example from my mod for strapons.

 

But it is not so simple to simple to solve properly situation with AAF.

You need something like UAP but for FF scenes and without male sounds

 

If you have skill to remove balls from penis from my mod, you will be able to properly use my patch for anims for your ideas, since in my patch I ported a lot of anims to FF

What I did was that I made a small script modification to FUTAFEV to make it so that it won't force the female to act as a male in AAF animations. The advantage of that is you can have both MM and MF animations with them if you want to. Disadvantage is that their dick is only a decoration now, BUT it still gets hard during AAF animations which imho is a good trade off.

Can you share that modification? I'd like something like that, but I don't know where to find something like that at present.

I don't have permission from the author to make modifications to his mod, I did this modification for my personal use with no intent to publish it to avoid problems, because I don't want to make anyone upset by sharing what isn't my own. I guess you could still replicate that modification for your personal use though. You would need to extract and decompile the scripts and then simply remove the line which modifies the character to be always treated as a male in AAF animations and then you would simply recompile it and replace the original script with the modified one. Keep in mind, it's not exactly a pretty solution, because for some reason once modified, there will be debug messages telling you that the character was not modified, but it actually is, because every other change normally done by the mod is still there. It is what it is, but it works as I described...
