CK-ceate a follower

I'm trying to recreate my character as a follower but identically. I tried with the CK but it doesn't look the same I noticed.
I would like to know what to do to make it exactly the same.

As you can see, she doesn't have the same face and eyes. She has neither the same body morphology.
I'm trying to put her in a cbbe and she is the same body as my character.

Another question; to create a follower with a custom ia (dialogues, etc), is it more complicated?
