Is there any reason this has a requirement for sexlab/sexlab aroused? I've switched to ostim recently but would love to use this follower.

I don't see the reason either, but it's what the original creator Nehaberlan had on his mod-page. I never used ostim, but as long as you can register her as "male", she should work like any other follower.

Most of it can be done with Bodyslide. It has all kinds of options to change the look of the vagina. By using manual numbers instead of just the sliders, that area can be closed pretty good. The finishing touch was done by hand in Outfit Studio to make that part really smooth, but the sliders should work just fine.

Installed ok etc. Unfortunately, there seems to be a problem with the skeleton on my set up. The breast weight is all wrong and the breasts don't move on the body correctly. I suspect it is something I am doing, but I have checked and rechecked the requirements and I have all of them installed and working at the correct versions.

For my physics body to work I have HDT-SMP and CBPC running on top of CBBE 3BBB. I suspect the custom race/body combination is a bit off somehow, because when I check the outfit in Bodyslide the reference body doesn't load a texture.

Sounds like a CBPC-problem.

 

My load-order for CBBE with physics:

1) CBBE

2) A Skin mod (I use Bijin)

3) HDT-SMP (skinned-meshes)

3) CBPC

4) CBBE-3BA Addon by Acro <-- Important: Don't use the old CBBE-SMP or any other 3BBB-Version! (unless you know what you're doing)

5) Firm HDT-SMP and CBP Settings; or any other settings if you don't want the options that come with the CBBE-3BA mod

 

As you go down the list, let the next mod overwrite the one(s) before. I also recommend Mod Organizer 2 instead of Vortex or NMM to manage you're mods. Never had any problems with physics with this setup.

I've had the old version as well as Kalena in previous playthroughs. This is my favorite so far, that CBBE mesh looks great in my otherwise BHUNP game. I did swap her 8k body tex for a 2k and she looks just as good out slaying dragons... and puss. Thanks all for the great work and for sharing, stay well

I do have a question, maybe someone has an answer.  Using this (or the previous Seraphina, Kalena, or even any female character with the equipable UNP schlong) the female character with the penis addon always takes the female role - even when marked as male in Sexlab and EagerNPCs. Does anyone know why this is?  It doesn't matter if it's my PC or an NPC with an attached dong, they always get cast in the receiver role. It's backwards and frustrating.

What is odd... She kinda looks like my one of my girlfriends who is in transition. Since me and my fiance we have fooled around with her a bit, and she is still uncomfortable with who she is, is there a way to get Seraphina with a smaller package? Sounds weird, but I thought it would be a neat  and fun thing for her to have a good laugh and a raised spirit.

This is a problem with sexlab and not this mod as Sexlab places my Male character in the wrong roles about half the time, also it gives her a strap on because she has a penis mesh and is listed in SOS as not having one as she is not given her penis by SOS, but from the mesh included in her download. You probably need to be asking this question on the sexlab comment chain.

Love the concept but there is something about the face that's bothering me. 

Please note, this is just constructive criticism and not meant to offend, but the lower half of the face (from the nose down) seems significantly larger than the eyes and the forehead... I don't know how to explain it but it's like the sliders for the lower half of the face shape (minus the lips) were maxed out while the top half of the face was left alone.   

Would it be possible to do an alternate version where the face proportions are evened up a bit? 

Also another fun idea would be if we could rescue her from a dungeon or buy her freedom from jail or something like that vs the standard hall of the dead or tavern locations.
