I already checked that one for anything relating to "fox" but found nothing

I'd load up xEdit and check if something overrides FormID 00107C8C.

 

If I had to guess, the game was trying to spawn a Fox in a specific place and it was unable to do so becase the place was blocked or something. It might be that the specific spawn marker it was trying to use was blocked by Farmhouse01 because some mod put it in there, might be changed landscape.

 

Even if you don't find any conflict, I'd check if there are any mods modifying the same cell, load them all in Creation Kit and see if they somehow block the marker.

 

It's just a guess though..

Will have to reinstall CK though, gonna do that later when I got time.
