TDW5115 Posted May 25, 2021 Posted May 25, 2021 My female Sims are always wearing pads. Always on their periods. I even went in and changed the settings to simple mode AND even got the pads out of her inventory and still she bleeds and wears a pad. Help please! Thank you in advance!

You might have to save, exit, and delete the localthumbcache.pkg for the new WW settings to take effect.

I have my WW pregnancies disabled full time and only change to simple mode when I want to get a sim pregnant then switch back to disabled after. You also have to change birth control to none, or risky, plus change the pregnancy chance to 100% for both player and NPC. These settings are only available(visible) when you have Pregnancy Mode set to another option besides disabled picked.
