Amulet: Choker with a Bell? Amulet with a Bell?
Circlet: Cow Ears? Maybe even worse, follower gives you potion that gives you unremovable ears? It would be almost as simple as setting the piece of armor as "hidden" from the player so that they cannot remove it. You could even make it like a devious blindfold, just without the blindfold keyword, that way its realllly irremovable.

What specifically is it conflicting with? And what slot would you use?

I dont know what slot can use sorry.But cbbe3ba use slot 60  to be compatible with DD

is a mcm setting use slot 60 to deal with 3ba. usually they use 43 when DD mod is not installed,but when we use DD mod, we need to change slot which 3ba use.

you can open mcm of cbbe3ba and you will see the setting

Oh... is there a chance to get gold and/ or iron (black) coloured rings for the deals as well? Sometimes a girl likes her jewelry and other...accessories... to match.

Love the idea for this mod. Always felt it was kinda dumb that the original stuff basically just made you worse at stuff and didnt really have any "negative" cosmetic features.

 

Would love it if you also did the other slots like amulet and circlet as well. Not sure what would be a good idea for those though.
