Barbarian Nord Themed Character Creation Suggestion

I saw this picture today and thought you guys may help me to create something like this? What mods do I need to use. Whaw I want is, long and mucular body, barbarian themed face desing and tattoos, refitted clothes/armors for it.

For Cloths, i know that immersive armors ads a light armor which resembles the one in the picture.. (but it won't be the exact armor. May be wrong here haven't had the mod in a while.)

Apachii Hair for the hairdo, if i remember it right and the beard looks just vanilla, maybe with better beards mod.

If Immersive Armors doesn't have the right look, I think that is the Tsun armor, which other mods have added.  There is also a "loincloths" mod I think that has something similar to what we can see at the waist, and I am not sure if the loincloth name is right, since they are more kilts.

That is Tsun's Armor. Any mod which unlocks it for player use will do...except maybe this one.

If you want a customizable male body, you can try out the Highly Improved Male Body Overhaul which does have files to customize the default armors including Tsun's gear.
