Have you seen this mod?

Okay I'm looking for a mod I thought I was following. it's for Skyrim, I believe LE only although I have check SE as well.

 

The mod causes your weapons and armor to take damage and eventually break if not repaired.

The problem is I forget the name of the mod, the name of the user, and after an hour pouring through file lists, I gave up and came here to ask if anyone can tell me the name of the mod I'm looking for?

Could it potentially be Mortal Weapons & Armor? Or maybe Equipment Durability System?

Do you recall if your character unequipped and dropped broken weapons and armour or not?

If so I think only MW&A has that feature, if not then one of the other two mentioned above.

No, but thank you for showing me this. I'm going to check it out. The mod I was looking for is called Mortal Weapons and Armor. But I like the looks of this one.
