Dazed and confused

So lately in certain neighborhoods I've been noticing every Sim I speak to is Dazed. My Sim is currently on patrol in this area and any sim that isn't Angry (and about to get a citation for fighting) is Dazed. I think I read that its caused by the Juiced NAP, anyone else get this and pinpoint what it is?

You can go into your game settings/ECO and disable the NPC Autonomous Voting Switch.

 

Won't fix any neighborhoods with existing NAP's but will prevent them in the future from getting voted in again.

 

Shift+Click on your Mailbox to remove or add NAP's.

Have to be a resident of that Neighborhood to use the cheat.

Switch to play another family and disable NAP's in every neighborhood.

Did that looooong time ago, just haven't gone into every single neighborhood to get rid of the more obnoxious NAPs. Sharing is Caring I'll remove ASAP, some of the others aren't nearly as Bad, but I think the Juiced one needs to go, tired of the Dazed effect. I will set various ones to neighborhoods but some... no, WTF was EA thinking on some.

Took care of it way back before it spread into other Worlds.

 

Another handy mod works good for that: 'Control Any Sim'

Take your played sim to visit another household in each neighborhood.

Click on other sim: Action > Control Sim (Makes them a temp active sim to control) 

Now use that sim to shfit+click on the Mailbox

When done with them just use the Action > Don't Control Sim

 

That Mod is useful for other things too.

Want to control one and have them buy smokes or other things?

Make them harvest your Apples or cook your supper?

They use your household funds.

That mod... could save me some headaches. Since I sorta play Sims as a story mod, theres been times when a Sim I want just seems to refuse to do things. Like this might be a bug but for the Romance festival, even if they are in a group together with my played Sim and I choose "Drink Tea Together" the NPC Sim stands there and won't go do it while my player sim drinks it and gets the flirty buff. Thats one of the neighborhoods that has the dazed effect so it might be that stopping them, i've yet to fix that issue just yet.

Eesh... just went into a bunch of Neighborhoods, the ones I know that had bad NAPs and one of them had all 4 of the worst. Sharing is Caring, Juiced, Free Love, and Power conversation. I still need to do a few more but will do those later.
