Help getting this mod

Guys, help me to get this armor http://modtype.doorblog.jp/archives/26570000.html#more in game.

I've already put it on skyrim/data folder

and got the requirement (xp32 skeleton and HH system)

 

I check it on skyrim launcher and the esp already ticked.

I check it on plugins.txt and the esp is there.

but somehow i can't get it in game. I use the command console help T22 but nothing related to that.

Help DF_T22 or just help DF page up and down buttons on the keyboard move the list up and down.

remeber its player.additem (the number wich the help of item give) 1

example : help Test013 

will give : 089849e3 - Test013 armor

so just type : player.additem 089849e3 1 (1 its the amount, if wanna 99 of that type 99 besides 1)

Thanks for the help sir.. and sorry for late response..

I've already got the armor..I dunno what cause this, but the next day after this problem..i didnt do any change, i try search T22 and it suddenly show \^o^/
