Have not seen a mod (as in .esp or .esm). But its easy to do.

 

Start GIMP (or any other graphics program that can read and write .dds files) and copy-paste specific area from/to a file named <skyrim install>/data/textures/actors/character/female/femalebody_1.dds

if its a full skin its not a prob at all, just need use mask, copy areola area wich you wanna and paste at yours regular texture, done

Or do the edit directly on your current skin mod.

Open it with Gimp(or toshop :$ ;

duplicate the main layer, on the second (which is on top) delete all but the nipple area

now have fun resizing those 2 part while keeping it centered (50%opacity to check it), 

merge, save and you're done

you could do as siouliusn said or instead open both files the one you use for you character and the one you want the   from. then select the area just around the outside of the   and copy paste it to your main texture, then just zooooooooom right in an lightly smudge the area around the nipple to even the colours out
