I was looking for something else in the first place but ended up lost on twitter and saw this particuliar hairstyle on a video. Anyone got an idea where this could be from?

I believe that is probably Tullias Hair mod but it is only for SSE as far as I am aware. Ask in the backporting request thread if they can (or have) backported it.
