Adds support for the Skelekin Race, by Private Skittles and Nebulox.

This support is brought to you by @yaranaikahollow , I am merely publishing it for them, and offering the required support afterwards.

 

This mod is made with the general permission given by Dr. Private Skittles. Should Nebulox or the relevant parties have a bone to pick with this support, it shall be done.

This was made long before PoV was even considered, so perhaps, in the future, you'll be able to see the bones boning up close.
