There was a mod for Automata that made Kaine's outfit more lewd. No idea how similar the modding situation is, but maybe it could be ported over? The mod that lets you play as daddy Nier also allows a switch to Kaine. So a playable mostly nude Kaine shouldn't be super hard I would think.
